Over the years, I’ve worked with organizations across a variety of industries — from nonprofits to agriculture to general industry. No matter the field, one thing remains constant: people are at the heart of every business. I understand the challenges leaders face in creating a great place to work while staying compliant in an ever-changing HR and legal landscape. I also want to empower job seekers to be their very best in their next interview. My role is to help businesses and individuals navigate that balance with confidence, clarity, and care.

I believe great HR support should be accessible and transparent. We will review your needs up front to determine the pricing plan that works best for your budget. No surprises. Do you need to purchase a certain number of hours of HR support (fractional HR), or do you have a project you need completed (Employee Handbook)? Pricing can be hourly or based on the entire project. This is customized for your business needs.
